I am trying to refine the XRD data of an alloy consisting of two phases. According to<span style="caret-color:rgb(0, 0, 0);background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);display:inline !important"> the SEM images, t</span>he fraction of the A phase was ~95%, and the fraction
of the B phase was ~5%. I can also qualitatively confirm it from the XRD data as well. For example, there are 5-6 peaks with low intensity for B phase, and </div>

the intensities of the B phase are less than 0.3% of the intensity of the highest peak of A phase. I was able to obtain the decent fit (Reitveld refinement), however, the obtained phase fraction of A phase was ~ 40%, where the phase fraction of B phase was
~ 60 %, which do not make sense to me. </div>

The lattice parameter, domain size, and microstrain of each phase was refined, and spherical harmonics were also used to reduce the texturing effects in alloys. </div>
