instrument parameter files (using LaB6) at various temperatures, or would just one at room temperature be fine? I gathered all the data, as my first instinct was to always prepare the IP file under the exact same conditions as the actual measurement. However,
now I’m thinking, the LaB6 is going to have it’s lattice parameters change with temperature, so if GSAS-II isn’t expecting that, I could actually be making things worse.
