[GSAS-II] sequential vs. normal refinement

Hi, 

I am doing sequential refinement and normal refinement on the same data set
and the results are different, can it be? 
I also noted that in the sequential refinement the refinement restart from
high Rw each time I change some parameters or flags, why?
