Hi
I'm trying to find the FWHM of SRM660a reflections in order to get better
assessment of the machine profile.
In order to do that I first went to "peak list", and at "peak fitting" I
asked for "auto search".
I got above 1000 reflections instead of much less (suppose to get 18 from
that LaB6, and 6 from Pt holder). Does anybody knows how to control the
sensitivity of auto peak search?
Also, for FWHM of SRM660a reflections that I got 31 reflections (suppose to
get 8 from Si and 6 from Pt holder). I couldn't remove to unnecessary
reflections. Any ideas ow o do that as well.
Attached figures...
