[GSAS-II] Error in importing CIF

Hi all,
My GSAS-II was working fine (unfortunately missed to remember the version)
until I decided to update it; following the update, it cannot import phases
from CIF, with the following error messages shown on console upon startup:

I'm running GSAS-II (version 3191) and EPD on Windows 10 (64 bits);
Previously I had no issue from running the 32 bit Python distribution on
the 64 bit machine. Despite the second and third errors, I can import
powder data and intensities are calculated from F^2 during refinement.
Any hint on this issue is highly appreciated.
