You can export the data ad fit together into a csv file by going to Export->Powder data as -> CSV file .

x is 2theta, y_obs is your data, y_calc is the fit. To get the tick marks for each phase, go to Export->Powder data as -> reflection list as CSV .

Subject: [GSAS-II] Extract CSV file for fit

Hello to all,

I performed some Rietveld refinements containing several phases. Yet, I have not found a way to extract a CSV file, asci, XY file, of such fit so I would be able to plot the data along with the fit to be able to demonstrate the results. So far I have only saved the image provided by GSAS-II but the problem is that the background is shown. I would likely appreciate if somebody could help me on how to achieve this.

Thank you,

Pamela Carrillo
