Dear Brian,
Yes. I encountered the same problem with Mingquan about videos. I am from Shanghai University, China. I can open the text tutorial links smoothly, but I can not open any video links. I tried it from the working place (educational internet) and home (China Mobile internet), any video can not be opened.
