Hello,

I recently did my first energy dispersive XRD experiment and would like to analyze the data in GSAS II if possible. Through software provided by the beamline I was able to convert E -> Q and export the file as a .fxye (GSAS) file. I imported it to GSAS II as a powder, but it thinks x-axis is 2-theta and I do not know how to import a proper calibration file; so I’m stuck…is it possible to analyze EDXRD data in GSAS II? If so, what are the steps to get started?

Thank you so much for any help.

Best,
Emily Siska
