[GSAS-II] GSAS-II bug: not starting on Mac OS X 10.14.6 with latest wxPython versions

A bug was reported where GSAS-II would start running, but then hung never opening the GUI or plot windows with no error messages. This only occurred with the latest updates to wxPython and has not been seen on any other platforms. Version #4148 addresses this.

If you have this bug and are unable to start GSAS-II you will need to update the program with command in a terminal window. If you installed GSAS-II in the default location, this command should work:

~/gsas2full/bin/python ~/gsas2full/GSASII/bootstrap.py

If you installed elsewhere, look for the location in the output when the programs starts and replace the “~/gsas2full” above with that (e.g. /Users/Me/G2/bin/python /Users/Me/G2/GSASII/bootstrap.py).
