[GSAS-II] Minor GUI issue with excluded regions

Dear all

running GSASII on linux I noted that excluded regions are still plotted.
In the Delta(I)/sigma(I) plot and in the Error Analysis plot. this
affects the auto scaling of the y-axis (values in the excluded region
are much higher that in the interesting part of the data). I'd suggest
that excluded data ranges are masked. Right now it looks as if I_calc is
set to zero there and the full data range is used for plotting.

My configuration:

8 values read from config file
/home/alxneit/share/miniconda3/envs/gsas/GSASII/config.py
09:29:11: Debug: Adding duplicate image handler for 'Windows bitmap file'
Python module versions loaded:
  Python: 3.7.9 from /home/alxneit/share/miniconda3/envs/gsas/bin/python
  wx: 4.0.4
matplotlib: 3.3.2 version is too new and could cause problems
  numpy: 1.19.2
  scipy: 1.5.2
  OpenGL: 3.1.1a1
  Image: 8.0.1 (PIL or Pillow)
  Platform: linux 64bit x86_64
  Max threads:2
Latest GSAS-II revision (from .py files): 4666 (SVN version 4666)

Gruss and thanks
