[GSAS-II] Connection problem to Bilbao Crystallographic Server

Dear GSAS Experts,

Lately I am having issues with connecting to the Bilbao Crystallographic
server from GSAS II. I keep receiving 'Check you internet connection'
message. I have tried with different internet sources and on
different computers. I am wondering if anyone else has
been experiencing the same problem and if there is a solution for it.
