[GSAS-II] Debug in GSAS 2

Dear Admin,

We use the GSAS2full 4776 version to convert the synchrotron data collected
into *mar3450 format. Unfortunately, the intensity counts are reduced to
less than 5000 during the file conversion, even though the MAR image shows
max intensity of 40000 counts. This issue is faced in the recent version
only. we feel there is some bugging issue in the software version.

I hope fixing these issues is so important and urgent.
