[GSAS-II] Running %crystallinity on a fiber sample

All

I’ve got an engineering user that wants to do Segal crystallinity index on their cellulose samples. However, their cellulose is fibers, not a powder, and I’m worried about texture biasing their results and turning them into gibberish. I’ve got access to two XRDs, one with an XYZ stage that can’t spin, but instead can randomly move the sample stage in the XY plane to expose more of the sample, and one with a traditional spinner. I was thinking of running the sample several times on each, and making sure the results are consistent each time. Does anyone have a better plan, or experience working with fibre samples I could use?

Thank you so much
