[GSAS-II] GSAS-II on Linux

Dear all

I am trying to use GSAS-II on my Linux Debian 11 but I get  
segmentation fault errors that stop it. I am using the latest version

  Python:     3.11.8  from /home/msax/miniconda3/envs/gsas2env/bin/python.
  wx:         4.2.3  
  matplotlib: 3.10.3  
  numpy:      1.26.4  
  scipy:      1.16.0  
  OpenGL:     3.1.9  
  Image:      11.3.0 (PIL or Pillow)
  Platform:   linux 64bit x86_64
  Max threads:4
  GSAS-II:    5818/v5.5.0 posted 31-Jul-25 16:38 (no new updates) [07d17120]

If anyone is successfully using GSAS-II on linux, please let me know  
which distribution or solution works.
