[GSAS-II] get_Covariance Help

Hello,

I am trying to get the covariance matrix utilizing the scriptable. I can get a variable list using project.get_VaryList(); however, when I try to pass this to the get_Covariance(varlist) function, it returns the following error:

    raise G2ScriptException('No parameters found in project, has a refinement been run?')
GSASII.GSASIIscriptable.G2ScriptException: No parameters found in project, has a refinement been run?

The projects have been refined, and I am stuck on what to do. If anyone has a solution, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
