[GSAS-II] Unable to index magnetic reflections

I found a bug in the plotting of hkl positions that has been addressed in the latest version of GSAS-II. I think it resolves the issue with manual indexing of magnetic reflections.

I’m not sure when access of the Bilbao Crystallographic Server from GSAS-II will be resolved, but that is just waiting for some final work from them.
