[Xrayops] Orbit Problem ongoing

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

At 22:22 tonight [4/11/07] we started experiencing a number of orbit issues that 
have caused beam motion, increased emittance, and vertical orbit errors. As of 
23:40, Vertical Orbit Correction and RealTime FeedBack are NOT running. The 
Storage Ring Manager is investigating. Please view the APS Status message for 
regular updates, and another email will be sent when the situation[s] have been 
resolved.
