[Xrayops] Suspect Nitrogen gas cylinder

Yesterday, we experienced strange behavior from our ion chamber
readings on 1-ID and 1-BM that was traced to a bottle of nitrogen gas
from Airgas that was hooked up earlier that day. The readings in the
ion chambers rose dramatically (on both beamlines) for a fixed set of
operating conditions. We expect the gas cylinder was contaminated in
some way and are following up with Airgas. We do not know if any
other "bad" nitrogen cylinders were delivered to the APS, but users
of recently delivered nitrogen should be aware of this situation.
