Vadim Saiaev had Operations adjust the SR Vertical Chromaticity to stop the Coupling from bouncing.

At 04:00 on December 19th, 2007, An increase in horizontal RMS beam motion of greater than 10% was detected. Problem resolve information. Horizontal beam motion returned to normal at 04:20.
