[Xrayops] Elevated beam motion due to construction work

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

The MCR has been informed that the construction work in the SR infield 
using a compactor has started as of 1100 this morning. This will be 
causing elevated SR beam motion. Another email will be sent when the 
work is completed for the day.
