[Xrayops] Updated estimated for refill of the Storage Ring

The repair of the motorized fused disconnect for the Booster RF system 
is well underway and will most likely finish within the next hour or so. 
Once that repair has finished, the RF Group will need to verify that the 
original problem causing the Mod Anode voltage drop in that RF system 
was successfully repaired yesterday.

Based on this information, we estimate the refill of the SR will take 
place at approximately 13:00. A PA announcement will be made at least 
1/2 hour before the refill.

We will send out further e-mail updates as more information becomes 
available.
