Booster RF conditioning is ongoing.

It is possible stored beam will be available for User Operations on 
Friday 03/28/08 at 08:00. The next conditioning progress report meeting 
will be Thursday 03/27/08 at 16:00. The next update will be at the 
conclusion of the meeting.
