Booster RF conditioning is ongoing.

It is unlikely stored beam will be available for User Operations before
Friday 03/28/08 at 12:00 (noon). The next conditioning progress report 
meeting will be Friday 03/28/08 at 08:15. The next update will be at the
conclusion of the meeting.
