[Xrayops] Beam loss

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On 09 November 08, at 22:14, beam was lost due to a MPS latch card trip in 
sector 21. A technician is now on-site and starting replacement of the card. A 
validation test of this card will have to be performed after replacement. At 
this time the estimate for repair and refill is approximately 2 hours from now. 
Updated information will be emailed once the technician has a chance to 
investigate the problem further.
