[Xrayops] Power Loss in Sectors 24 through 35

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Earlier this morning, we reported a problem over in 450.   After that
message, FMS found that three switchgears had switched off in the
APS area resulting in a power loss to beamline sectors 24 through 35. 
The Floor Coordinator has initiated the emergency phone
in list and the majority of the sectors have been contacted. 
The power loss was not discovered  immediately and the result
is that the power was off for approximately three hours
from about 3:00 AM to when power was restored between 6:00
and 6:30 AM.
