[Xrayops] Beam Loss 4/14/9 @0459

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

SR Beam was lost at 0459 on 4/14/9 due to an SR IOC power failure.

As of now (0550) Controls Group personnel are onsite and are 
investigating/repairing the IOC.
