Per Louis Emery: At this time, the reason for the elevated Storage Ring RMS 
Vertical motion can not be determined. It is raised, but not high enough to be 
of immediate serious concern. Monday April 20th, 2009 during the day shift, the 
situation will be investigated further by Diagnostics Group personnel.
