[Xrayops] 16mA Timing Bunch beam losses

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

We are experiencing an instability or controls issue that has resulted in 
multiple small beam current losses from the 16mA Timing Bunch. These have 
occurred at 15:18, 15:37 and 16:02 this afternoon Wednesday December 9th. 
Investigation is ongoing. A follow up email will be sent when the problem has 
been identified and/or resolved.
