[Xrayops] start & stop of top-up script

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Thursday 12/10/2009 at 19:11, Per Louis Emery's request, we aborted and 
restarted the top-up script. Louis updated the program again. 

On Thursday 12/10/2009 at 19:13, top-up timed out, it was restarted without 
incident. 

On Thursday 12/10/2009 at 19:17, top-up timed out. Louis Emery investigated and 
adjusted the script. At 19:20 we started top-up again.
