[Xrayops] Top-Up aborted

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On 2/25/9 at 10:04 top-up was aborted due to the Booster Power Supplies. PS 
Group is investigating the situation. As of this e-mail, there is 90mA of stored 
beam.
