[Xrayops] Suspension of Top-up / Fill-on-Fill

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On 25 Feb 09, at 17:11, Top-up was aborted due to a Linac injector 
problem. A switch was made from RF gun 2 to RF gun 1. After the switch 
Top-up was restarted at 17:58, and the first positive shot was at 17:59. 
   A fill-on-fill was performed at 19:10. Current was below 100mA from 
17:10 to 19:10.
