[Xrayops] User Operations start delayed

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

The failure of an RF Window contaminated four LINAC accelerator 
structures and other components with water. Currently this portion of 
the LINAC is under bake-out to remove as much of this contamination as 
possible. RF conditioning will be needed once the bake-out is complete.

We do not expect to have stored beam available for User Operations until 
Thursday, 1/29/09, at 08:00 at the earliest. If the bake-out is 
unsuccessful, the components will need to be removed and replaced by a 
spool piece. In that event, we would not expect User Operations to begin 
before Friday, 1/30/09 at 08:00.
