[Xrayops] Power Supply repair situation

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

The failed SR Power Supply replacement cannot be correctly connected to the 
control system due to a loose connection on one of the cables. Power Supply 
Group personnel have been contacted and have verified that a Technician is 
needed to complete the repair.

This will delay the restoration of SR beam until at least 00:00.
