[Xrayops] Beam Loss

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

At 0548 on 4/1/10 a Storage Ring Power Supply failed causing a beam loss. The 
fault was caused by a water leak from another PS. As of 0630, the swapouts of 
the 2 Power Supplies are ongoing. Beam should be restored by around 0745.
