[Xrayops] poor injectors

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Sunday April 4th, 2010 at 01:31 stored beam dropped to less than 100mA due to 
a PAR RF situation. Operations investigated and corrected the situation. At 
01:41 there was a positive injection up to ~98.2mA. At 01:55 Stored beam was 
back up over 100mA.
