[Xrayops] Elevated Beam Motion

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Elevated levels of beam motion were experienced Sunday August 22 from 03:03 - 
03:15 due to the temporary suspension of Horizontal orbit control. This was due 
to repairs ongoing at 5ID. Orbit controllaw was restarted at 03:15 and beam 
motion levels are now back to normal.
