[Xrayops] ventilation fan in LOM 431

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Rick Janik has informed Main Control Room that the motor for the ventilation fan 
for chemical hoods in LOM 431 has failed. Individual exhaust hoods do not work 
in Storage Ring sectors 1 through 4. They will be down until further 
instructions.
