SR BPM situation has been corrected and the SR horizontal orbit 
controllaw restarted at 03:07. Storage Ring experienced excessive 
intermittent RMS beam motion from 23:58 on 7/2 until 03:07 on 7/3 
because of the SR orbit correction not running.
