[Xrayops] Network issue

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Friday July 9th, 2010 at 15:05 there was a Network situation. Communications 
was lost to all of the HUBs, some soft IOCs, and the Gateways. No stored beam 
was lost. Operations contacted IT Group and Controls Group personnel. The 
situation was corrected on Friday July 9th, 2010 at 16:09.
