[Xrayops] SR Beam Motion

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Sunday June 13th 2010 at 23:42, once again the SR RMS motion would spike and 
quickly recover. This situation is ongoing. Operations is discussing the 
situation with Karen Schroeder.
