[Xrayops] Horizontal beam motion

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

At approximately 22:28 there was a 30Hz horizontal beam motion spike of 
~5microns. This was accompanied by 100Hz horizontal beam motion. There 
was another spike of less than 2 microns at 22:32. Since this time 30Hz 
and 100Hz horizontal beam motion has fallen to near normal levels. No 
cause has been determined for this motion.
