[Xrayops] Steering control law runing again.

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Friday April 15th 2011 at 20:39, The Storage Ring steering control laws went out of range. 
On Friday April 15th 2011 at 20:55, There are minor beam motion alarms. 
On Friday April 15th 2011 at 21:11, Operations corrected the problem. Control Laws are running. Beam motion is no longer in alarm.
