[Xrayops] Beam motion out of alarm.

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Monday April 18th at 15:28 Storage Ring Beam Motion went into alarm. 
On Monday April 18th at 17:26 the problem was fixed. Beam motion is out of 
alarm.
