[Xrayops] beam motion

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

The beam motion experienced this morning has started again at aroun 
13:10. This break of no motion (11:50 - 13:10) conicides with the lunch 
breaks of steel rigging work going on in sector 24. This work seems to 
be causing the vibration experienced in the surrounding sectors. 
Although our physicists continue to investigate, we will be unable to 
stop the beam motion until the work is completed for the day.
