[Xrayops] SR orbit controllaw was not running from 02:29 to 03:12 2/3/11

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On 2/3/11 at 02:29, we experienced orbit bump in Storage Ring sectors S12&13. 
This was accompanied by excessive RMS beam motion. SR orbit correction went out 
of range. After investigation, the SR orbit bump issue was corrected at 03:12 
and SR orbit controllaws was resumed.
