[Xrayops] APS power outage

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

At ~08:20 on 6/7/11, SR Fill #14 has been lost due to a site wide power outage 
at the APS. Multiple equipment has been affected. Recovery is still underway as 
of 13:15, and there is no estimate for SR beam at this time.
