Top up has been temporarily suspended from 12:17 to 12:24 on 7/7/11 in oeder to 
setup Linac injector for a special mode of operation with topup, due to a water 
leak at L5 klystron. RF group is in the process of repairing a leak. SR beam 
never fropped below 100mA.
