[Xrayops] SR Orbit Control Law out-of-range.

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Saturday July 30th, 2011 at 18:52 Storage Ring Orbit Control Law went 
out-of-range. Storage Ring Horizontal and Vertical Beam Motion went in and out 
of High Minor Alarm. Operations investigation started. 
At 19:23 Aimin Xiao is investigating the situation with Operations. 
Note: The only beam motion is at injection. It is minor and then goes out of 
alarm.
