[Xrayops] Beam motion

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On 31 July 2011 at 09:32 the storage ring beam horizontal and vertical 30Hz beam 
motion increased by more than 10%, as a result of timeouts that caused Storage 
Ring orbit controllaw to stop running in both planes. There were two significant 
spikes in the horizontal plane while controllaw was not running. At 09:37 a 9 
micron spike was observed and 10 micron spike at 09:45. In the vertical plane 
there was a spike of 1.5microns at 09:45. 

Orbit controllaw is now running properly, and beam motion returned to normal 
levels by 09:46.
