[Xrayops] Beam loss update

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

We are still investigating the earlier beam loss. A bad BPM is suspected 
to be the problem. Techs are currently en route and expected to be here 
in 30-40 minutes. Expected recovery time is 21:30.
